I ran, again. Ran like a mad person. Challenging every single part of my mind, my body. Pushing myself as hard as I can. Battling as I was running, I kept thinking constantly about things. Which of course kind of pushed me even more. I think I probably did 3km or more without stopping or really slowing down. For someone who smoked, I think I did reasonably well. Notice I used the word SMOKED not SMOKES. Which means I don't smoke any more. =D After running had my noodles. Which isn't filling at all. I am hungry, I want to eat now!
